Experiencing this shift helped me to see that none of us have to live each day constantly struggling.

As a spouse, parent of a human and a fur baby, and ambitious professional, I know I need all the energy, resilience, and calm I can find to make the most of each day. Living life from a place of intention instead of reactivity has helped me to move past things that took days to get over before to hours and things that took hours to minutes.
